Our partnership dates back to 1967 when Patent Attorney Dipl.-Ing. Leo Fleuchaus founded his office in Munich. As Intellectual Property Attorneys we take advantage of our varied experiences in different fields of technology, to supply greater resources, to serve the needs of our clients and to provide expert advice and representation in all aspects of international intellectual property and related legal and commercial matters.We have two offices in Germany, one in Munich and one in Augsburg. Our Munich office mainly handles international intellectual property matters and has immediate access to the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office. To handle European Community Trademarks we share office facilities available close to the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante, Spain.
Our partnership has significant experience in national as well as international intellectual property practice. We, together with our worldwide network of associates, are able to understand clients' needs quickly and accurately and to secure prompt services, including situations involving urgent filing deadlines.
